POSITION: NATIONAL COORDINATOR, APPE RWANDA
Mr. Oscar Mpiranya is a national coordinator of Appe-ESAFF Rwanda, in charge of coordinating small scale farmers’ activities in project influence iii, before joining ESAFF, Oscar worked as a master trainer at Forum for Agriculture research in Africa (fara), he also worked with USAID under project Huguka dukore in 2017 which was implemented by education development center and local organization for making youth participating to Rwanda national economy through entrepreneurship development. Oscar holds bachelor’s degree in rural development economics from Institute of higher learning of Ruhengeri.
POSITION: ACCOUNTS INTERN
Francine holds a Post graduate in Economics from Kigali Independent University, she is hardworking and self-motivated. She spends her time here at APPE offices working on accounts and organizing some of our finances. She is positive and dedicated on enhancing and simplifying existing accounting system to make it more efficient. She has an extensive experience working with various organizations such as Rwanda Transparence International, nutrition data audit during the first phase of elimination of malnutrition in Rwanda, Rwanda Malaria indicator survey and Delagua Health project
